Flat Embroidery

Flat embroidery is a flat printed image. This is the standard type of embroidery that you’ll see on most decorated products.

Puff Embroidery

Puff/3D embroidery is a technique we use to raise your designs and make them look 3-dimensional. This is a great way to have your hats, jackets and your business brand stand out.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process where we take your logo/text or design and create actual stitch paths for the machine to use in the sewing machine. This is not the same as having a vector file. 

How big can you stitch a design on a Jacket/Work Shirt?

It all depends on the proportions of your logo. Contact us if you have a special requirement. We always make designs as large as possible.

What is the minimum order for embroidery orders?

The minimum order is 4. 

Do you have a stitch limit?

No, some of our designs are 130,000 stitches for the back only. The sky is the limit. 

Can you do "Puff/3D" Embroidery?

We sure can at additional cost. Note that not all logos will work for this, it is better if you have a logo with wider lettering/graphics. Thin lettering or too large of a filled area does not turn out well.

Can you embroider on other things like towels/beanies/etc?

We sure can. We can embroider anything you choose.

3 to 5 business days.
